The process of organizational consulting begins with an initial meeting to discuss the goals of the consultation. Level Up will conduct a thorough assessment of the organization and staff, and work with your organization to develop a services plan. Services could include trainings, presentations, or other resources as determined by the agreed upon plan. Consultations can be as simple as a one-time meeting or as comprehensive as ongoing coaching for individual members of the organization.
