Individual Counseling/Psychotherapy

• 50-minute session:  $120

• 90-minute session: $180

Coaching Packages

• Super Basic -  CliftonStrengths assessment/one assessment review session: $250 

• Standard - intake meeting/CliftonStrengths assessment/three coaching sessions: $550 

• Enhanced - intake meeting/CliftonStrengths assessment/five coaching sessions: $775 

• Supreme - intake meeting/CliftonStrengths assessment/eight coaching sessions: $960 

Organizational Consultations

Organizational consultations are based on the size of the organization and the scope of the project.  Please contact rickhudson@levelupcounselingky.com to discuss options.  

Sliding Scale

Reduced-rate counseling sessions are available for persons with household incomes below $36,000 per year on a limited basis. Please contact any of our team members to discuss your options. 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted. Level Up accepts most HSA/FSA cards. Check with your employer or plan administrator to ensure you can use your account for mental health services.

Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that life happens but if you cancel with fewer than 72 hours notice more than once, you will owe 35% of your session fee. If you cancel with fewer than 24 hours notice more than once, you will owe the full session fee.
